Shipping and return policy

The following Shipping and Return policy applies to all websites owned and operated by Northwoods Welding & Fabricating LLC including but not limited to the following: Northwoodsmetalfab.com

1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either UPS or USPS as the shipping providers. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability and/or production time of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination.

Generally, orders will typically ship within  6 to 12 business days from the customer’s order date on average. However, in some cases Flags, customized monograms and certain times during the year due to volume (Christmas, holidays) items may take up to 4 to 5 weeks.

a. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are a flat rate, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. International orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping currently. This is however an option we will be looking into in the future.

2. RETURN, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy/Cancellations

Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We cannot allow the cancellation of an item, as all Custom Items/Monograms are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.

Non-Customized Item(s) and stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, but is solely at the discretion of Northwoods Welding & Fabricating LLC.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded. These Include: “Clearance Items”, Promotional/Sale Items, Gift Cards, Custom Items (Any Customized/Personalized Product)

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain Situations where only partial refunds are granted may be approved at the discretion of the business. These Include:

1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2) Any Item Returned to Sender after 10 Days following Delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
